Basically:
penis + pussy + breasts = herm
penis + pussy + no/unknown breasts + feminine body = herm
penis + pussy + no/unknown breasts + masculine body = maleherm

Balls don't matter. Ferals throw a bit of a wrench into things since they aren't expected to have breasts, and don't generally have a "masculine" or "feminine" body type (by human standards, which is what matters). They typically just get tagged herm with both genitals regardless.

But I'm guessing you're referring to the rare case of standalone_balls + pussy. Those are STILL generally tagged herm or maleherm, but the tagging is understandably inconsistent. Out of the 22 results for standalone_balls pussy:

• 13 are tagged as herm/maleherm and NOT andromorph/gynomorph
• 4 are tagged as andromorph/gynomorph and NOT herm/maleherm
• 3 are tagged as both [ andromorph/gynomorph ] AND [ herm/maleherm ]
• 2 are just tagged as intersex without being more specific

I just meant that penis + balls + pussy and penis + no balls + pussy are treated the same. IIRC, some sites try to differentiate those cases.
