Multi_knot is for multiple knots on one penis. Most images tagged with it involve characters with only one penis.

Came up in the discord so I'm bumping it.

I would also add multi_clitoris to this.

To be frank the bigger problem is what is multi_genitalia supposed to actually cover, is this a umbrella for just all genitalia parts or is it for covering compete duplicated sets(what would a complete set entail?), in that latter regard all implications should probably be removed..
