Just wanted to check whether the ':3' emoticon tag should be used only for a mouth shaped like that, or if it applies also to instances of the emoticon in text.
I've seen it being used in both contexts, and the wiki page doesn't definitively clarify.

Wouldn't an emoticon imply both being valid?
