Sexual torture

This tag feels like it needs to implicate things or be aliased away, for blacklist purposes. Which should it be?

Sounds kinda ambiguous. Is it torture via sex (a character being sexually worn out, but continues receiving stimulation to the point of discomfort or pain?), or torture about sex (being teased with but prevented from getting sexual gratification to the point of discomfort or pain?) or simply torture alongside sex (having sex while pain is being inflicted)?
