Is there some type of tag that can do this? Ex: "-blacklist:[user]"

Not in vanilla e621 that I know of, but the re621 userscript has this feature. https://re621.app/

Re621 doesn't have that feature, nothing does
blacklists are too complicated to be able to do this

It has a "persistent tags" feature which automatically adds tags to every search - but yeah now that I think about it that'd only be for simple single-tag blacklist lines, nothing complex

There's also a max amount of tags per search which most user's blacklists will easily pass, along with that the way the blacklist works allows for pseudo-grouping, which e6's search does not.
