Reason: The bow tag has been neglected for a while in regards to implications and aliases so this just handles that on a very basic level. I'm also going to make a separate thread setting up bow_clothing. (Not until this BUR is dealt with though)

The above BUR is very straightforward, just implies types of bows to the main bow tag and handles a couple aliases.

Clothing bow has more uses but bow_clothing is more in line with our other clothing tags as well as the more specific bow_* tags.

Would have just done one big BUR thread to deal with all bow tags but the previous user working on them left a giant mess for me to detangle that I don't feel like tackling all at once.
