The tag alias #71226 cumshot_into_mouth -> cumshot_in_mouth has been approved.

Reason: I didn't consider the possible miscommunication of the tag read as-is when I created it.
cumshot cum_in_mouth open_mouth -oral_penetration is pretty much what I was looking for.
Hopefully changing it to "into" rather than "in" will be a more accurate description.
