change category rotom_phone (277) -> species
change category rotom_information (10) -> species
create alias rotom_drone (0) -> drone_rotom (14)
create implication drone_rotom (14) -> rotom (945)
create alias bike_rotom (0) -> rotom_bike (1)
create implication rotom_bike (1) -> rotom (945)

Reason: These forms of the Pokemon Rotom are species rather than specific characters.

Seems like Rotom Bike is powered by Rotom, but not a Rotom itself:

This bike can be combined with the Pokémon Rotom to use a turbo boost

Additionally, in Galar, the Rotom Phone is used to power the Rotom Bike

that's true for all non-base rotom forms, though, isn't it?

Good point, wiki says they are devices posessed by Rotom at some point. Not sure if it's a distinction worth maintaining, since I'm not super familiar with pokemon.
