I just found an animation on youtube of changed but im not sure if youtube videos are allowed to being uploaded in here

I think that it’s generally allowed, but it’s one of those “it depends” situations that isn’t really specified anywhere here.

As long as the video meets the Uploading Guidelines and does not go against either the Avoid Posting list nor the Code of Conduct, you can upload it.
We have thousands of posts sourced from youtube: type:webm source:*youtube*.

You also have to be careful about quality, you can get a good quality webm by downloading yt-dlp and just using the default options.

I meant that while most Youtube videos should be okay to upload, some videos are apparently considered commercial content, like Helluva Boss (asides from the pilot for some reason) and Murder Drones episodes.

Unfortunately, that won't be enough because of our emphasis on highest quality possible.
Posts from Youtube have been deleted before because someone had Premium subscription and are able to access the higher quality streams (see topic #43887).

Well, there's only so much you can do there unless you feel like forking over money :P
