The tag alias #70800 raised_claws -> claws has been approved.

Reason:
Not really sure what was the intended purpose of this tag (see topic #27905), but right now it's a mix of claw_pose, sickle_claw, regular claws and no claws at all.
Needs cleanup before approval.
Update: cleanup finished, there won't be any mistags.
