Aliasing penis_tongue → cock_tongue

Reason:

multi_cock was aliased to multi_penis

so for the sake of consistency, it should be flipped

I'm kind of conflicted here. On one hand, it would be nice if we could leave *cock* for the "fake penis" penises (tail_cock, cock_tongue). On the other hand, only a few of the *cock* tags are actually like this, and a couple directly contradict this (penis_tentacles, horsecock).

I could honestly go either way with this one, but I don't think the difference would matter much in terms of tagging.

I see... Well, I don't really have too much of an opinion here on direction either. I could go with either way, however I think the respective penis_* and cock_* tags should be aliased in some direction, as there seems to slip through a few every now and then that uses the less common one, but maybe it's just a very minor problem?

It's a pretty minor issue in this case, but I just wanted to bring it up in case anybody had some thoughts.

But yeah, approved. We can always move them later if need be.

i personally think penis should always be aliased to cock so that it matches the vagina -> pussy alias
