I get this impression the ones refusing to blacklist either don't know that the blacklist feature is in the Settings, are too lazy, or they're sick and tired of e621 they want to get banned on purpose.
I'm using the RE621 plugin, which is a breeze on desktop, but a hurdle on mobile. One neat feature is on the Post page, where you can can blacklist any tag on the list.
My wishlist is make the "Click to Blacklist" feature a main feature for e621.

ehh... I was never the biggest fan of those buttons, since I found them being positioned next to the wiki and +/- buttons kind of annoying, especially for something you rarely actually need to use, so I always just hid the buttons with custom CSS.

I'm also not sure if it's a good idea to have it be a standard feature either, especially with how easy it is to fat-finger tiny buttons like that when using mobile.

would it be possible to toggle that option like the mode tab to view /edit / favorite?

theres the normal use to search for what tag you click then toggle it to change the tags into add to blacklist tags
