Reason: Continuation of topic #39136, please see Faucet's reasoning there. However, we use *_(artwork) for other art medium tags, so I think that should go for these as well. *_(copyright) would be used for the interface, logos, etc.
I believe the best alias target for tags like blender_(software) is the meta tag rather than the copyright tag, because that's what it's used for the vast majority of the time, even though it's not supposed to be.
(again, meta tags do not follow TWYS.)

Since the software used doesn't have as much influence on the resulting look of the image/animation like the other media types, this doesn't seem appropriate. It just ends up as a Made In <software>tm tag, that says little to nothing about the appearance of the image/animation like the other media types. For images that use multiple software (e.g. rendered in Textured in Photoshop, rendered in Blender, touched up in Krita), it gets further removed from giving information about the image.

And since most of the software tag has relevant use for stuff like the UI, logos, and mascots, which are actively tagged for these, such tags would end up on posts without the image being made in the program.

Apparently aesprite can use big enough canvases to where it's more aliasing rather than pixel art, may need to remove that implication
(I talked to the artist, he said this was made in aesprite)

i don't know if i like (artwork) for programs when typically they could be made anything that isn't artwork, like editing software in mind.
again, i keep flipping dan/gelbooru cards but they use (medium) brackets as far as editing programs like after effects, convenient to coexisting with artwork and other methods. like if blender 2d animation artwork assets are made from sai instead, meanwhile blender serve as a editing/other utility tool itself.

I think *_(artwork) is fine, it's indicating what the artwork (the overall image) was made with. Editing is still part of how the art was made.

Woops, turns out that Live2D refers to the overall animation technique and not specifically Live2D Cubism, but my request should still be fine since all it does is implicate it to digital media and puts it in the meta category.

Edit: On second thought, I'll replace it with Cubism in the BUR and make a separate BUR for the general tag.
