On pool #35103's Description there are multiple DText Post Thumbnails Ex: thumb #12345. But after the 25th thumbnail it defaults back to the simple posts links Ex: post #12345.

Because of the nice and round cap number I suspect it to be an intended feature. If so, a small note on the DText help page should be made about it. (Ex:"_{Within descriptions and comments, the number of thumbnails is limited to 25. Every thumb # above the limit will be shown as post # (see #Links section)}").

Also I think I should use a table with posts links instead of thumbs, it would be cleaner and make less requests to the servers. But then having to click and being redirecting, instead of seeing it at a glance, might be anoying for some computer & phone users. Any thoughts on that?

The DText parser limits to 25 thumbnails by default, though some exceptions are 75 for a wiki page and 0 for a post description.

A note would probably be helpful, but I think it would be quite rare that anybody's going to hit this limit in general usage. Some places like pool descriptions could probably do with a thumbnail limit boost just like the wiki has, since there's only one section of parsed DText unlike the potentially infinite amount in post comments or forum topics.
