They definitely are if their dA isn't lying, it lists their birth date as April 3rd, 2002. But I doubt they're going to ever get their ban lifted due to the whole mimiff mess and their extensive ban evasion.
Edit: Their new account lists their birth year as 2005, so man, I don't believe anything they say.

I know this is an old forum but I'd say Jasonafex for his behavior pre-ban before he came back, or that one mod who managed to get themselves banned, though I can't remember their name

You mean @Aurali? If we're on the topic of staff, @ImpidiDinkaDoo (and/or @D.D.M) for their aliases and implications whose ramifications we still feel today, though to be fair, it wasn't malicious

Robinebra is one of the worst in my opinion.
There are probably still a ton of their uploads that needs a proper replacement.
Their fall from grace was so disappointing to witness.
