Different names of the same character. Her surname is relatively obscure (barely mentioned in the game, if at all), which explains the fact that all the other big boorus use "Lisa_(Genshin_Impact)" - on gelbooru, the parentheses name has 2k entries, and the surname version has 787 (and all 787 of them also have the parentheses name).

I'd say when the real name isn't recognizable as referring to the same character nor is commonly used even in the source material. A character being known as Sheen, and called Sheen the vast majority of the time in all official material, makes his real name "Robert Hunter" unrecognizably obscure/unknown and not worth using. In contrast, a character called Lisa isn't a stretch to recognize Lisa Minci as the same character.
