The tag alias #65784 curled_tail -> curling_tail has been rejected.

Reason: They have the same meaning. Aliasing to *_curl, as with toe_curl.

curled_hair uses curled_*, I thought that was why curled_tail is named that. I figure it's because curly tails are typically a natural body feature, and curly hair definitely is, but curling your toes is an action?
Curly_fur should prob be aliased to curled_fur by that logic

Curled tail makes far more sense to me, most of the posts seem to be describing a tail that sits in a neutral curled position naturally, like with the tails of huskies and shiba inu.

Curled tail fits in with curled hair and curled horn, which describe a state of those things, rather than an action like toe curl. There are also 20 times as many posts under curled_tail as tail_curl.

Reason: Do you guys think it would be reasonable to keep tail_curl as a tag to describe the action? I checked out the posts currently in tail_curl and they do generally appear to be a character curling their clearly not naturally-curled tail. I can see the utility in this tag, unless we already have another tag for this action I'm not aware of?

Orrrr... Perhaps we should rename both tail_curl and toe_curl to curling_tail and curling_toes for better clarity?

This would be a good idea, while there's no ambiguity with toe curl by itself, it introduces ambiguity to other tags following the same syntax.
