Hi, I have a character "Kale Hearthward" but the tag is misspelled as "Kale_Heartwhind" on E621.

How do I change it?
Since there's only a few posts with the tag, it can be changed manually. Under the image, click Edit, then change kale_heartwhind in post's tags to kale_hearthward.

Also note that the process is:
- Change all posts to new tag name
- Change new tag type to the appropriate type
- Change old tag type to general
- Rename the wiki page, if it exists
If you believe that it will be misspelled frequently, and alias may be better. You can create an alias here - however, how soon it is approved isn't guaranteed by any time.
