screencap means "screen capture"; video recordings of preexisting media or et cetera will also be included, it's not just static images that count as screencaps. if your video was not a recording of someone else's video, then you can contest the deletion by messaging the staff member that deleted it.

It wasn't, I saved the original video from the original website, then used Adobe premiere to change the file format to webm.

Changing to webm is necessary if the source is mp4 or something, since the site only accepts webm for video files.

I think I understood why.
Humbird0, the original creator, first made an interactive story, were you could skip scenes or go back, but I believe because Flash died, he recorded himself playing the game and turned the interactive story into just a story, a video.
And because very early you can see Humbird0's cursor, like, in the first 5 seconds of the video, it's possible the mod that deleted thought that I recorded myself playing the game, which is why the reason was "Screencap", despise the video being the original from the website made by the actual creator.

It could not be accessed through the link on the e6 post because it was in HTTPS, rather than the older HTTP used on the artist's site.

If you are here to contest or ask about post approval/deletion, please consider being in contact with sites head admin NotMeNotYou instead. If I still get these messages, I will most likely not respond to them and simply report them for admins to handle as well. If I am doing something wrong or incorrect, I will be notified by them about it.
