something also needs to be done about older_on_young and older_on_cub, they should be aliased to adult_on_young but I think some cleanup probably needs to happen first.

I think maybe we should have baby/toddler/child/teenager_on_young similar to how we have like gynomorph/intersex. so like, teenager_on_teenager -> teenager_on_young -> young_on_young implication chain.

uhh, it'd help to finding age_difference posts within the young age groups so like teenager_on_young age_difference should provide any posts with a teenaged character and any character of a younger age group, and it'd be slightly easier to use than with than teenager_on_baby teenager_on_toddler teenager_on_child

young_on_young age_difference teenager would accomplish the same thing.

I generally have a positive opinnion on this, but I think we should resplit child and teenager into child (3–10), then something like tweenager (10–14), and then teenager(14–17/20). With the current child, there's a huge difference between a 4 year old and a 12 year old. Also 13 year old "teenager" is very different from 16 year old.

Well, given that it's hard enough to tell ages as it is... Not likely to happen. Cub aging is about as imprecise as it gets, also.
