I'm asking because I've been noticing an upswing in 'neko on human' art. Like, a guy or girl (or both) with the bare minimum of JUST horns, or JUST cat/fox ears & a tail on an otherwise human character.
Like, does that count as 'furry enough', since pure human on human art gets removed? Because it feels like kind of a cheat to get around the 'no human-only art' rule.
Should I be reporting them for review? Because I have not in case they are allowed.
I know 'neko' is probably not the most accurate term, but it's basically 'human-on-human (with horns!)' or 'human on human (with fuzzy ears & sometimes a tail!)'.
(EXAMPLES ARE 18+)

How are either of those furry? But I'd rather ask instead of flag & be wrong.
