I'm not talking of mosaic art with millions of pictures merged together. I'm talking of 9 images glued together. Is this enough or would it be rejected for "Trivial or low quality edit" ?

I'd imagine that'd be a no-go unfortunately since the size and quality would
definitely take a hit if it was all stuck together in a single image like that, Dood.
