remove implication loli (30891) -> female (2541897)

Reason: this is a fairly old implication and I believe it ought to be reexamined, and, with the recent creation/population of the young_<gender> tags, I'm going to say that now is the time to do that.

this tag should be treated the same as the figure-type tags like girly/tomboy or shortstack/teapot; changing it from only applying to female, to also be applicable to the other two woman/girl gender categories, gynomorph and herm. the only similar tags that work the way loli currently does contain the gender in the tagname (ex. muscular_female). the sister tag to this, shota, has also had it's implication to male recently denied after pending for seven years.

I want to make it clear that I'm not suggesting that we change the tagging standard for the main seven gender tags in any way, I'm just saying that the few young characters who would already be considered by TWYS as gynomorph (mostly oppai_loli) or herm should be able to have this tag applied.

and, in addition, this implication has honestly just been a thorn in my side for pretty much the entire over half dozen years I've spent on this website, with personally over 60 instances of having to re-edit the same post multiple times to figure out why the female tag wasn't coming off. I'm just kind of tired of not having a discussion about it.

I'd only support removing this implication if it instead implied young_female. Gynomorphs and herms aren't inherently "female"/feminine categories, they can be for "male"/masculine characters as well[1]. I don't think loli should be allowed for gynomorphs and herms, because either it would then apply to any and all young gynomorph and herm characters (which won't work for masculine looking ones), or you'd be getting into subjective territory for if an intersex character is "female enough", rather than basing its applicability on the female tag itself.

[1] https://e621.net/wiki_pages/3294 Male genitals (no vagina) + breasts = gynomorph, regardless of looking feminine or masculine. Male+female genitals + breasts = herm, regardless of looking feminine or masculine. Maleherm only applies to characters without identifiable breasts.

I'd probably vote up on this... once the tagging projects mentioned get complete. Ugh, I need to go back to them. We still had a couple thousand posts for last search result in one of the patterns I was working on.

I'd prefer to keep the historical reference to the novel. For example, not have it used for gals younger than Nabokov's Lolita. Oh, well, too late for that one. Can we at least keep it to young females?
