Best I can think of is probably some Skyrim mods. Hopefully someone else can chime in with some better recommendations.

Trials In Tainted Space has pretty much every fetish under the sun, but it's the only game I can think of immediately and isn't exactly my first recommendation. If anyone else can come up with anything I'd love to know too, because there is a criminal lack of ovi content on the internet.

I know that Corruption of Champions: Xianxia was working on it, not sure how indepth it already is.
