I do wonder how precise <color>_<clothing> tags should get - if a tunic is deemed to be a type of shirt - is blue_shirt not just good enough?

Well, it does say on the wiki for blue_clothing that it's meant for any article of clothing, so I don't see the problem.

Yeah it should probably implicate blue_shirt instead.
