I'm not sure why this exists, but it's (currently) not malicious.

based on the user and commit history, it looks like they're re-creating the e621 homepage from scratch in order to learn html/css by trial and profanity-laced error.

I think their CSS broke =V

It's a static site with no ability to accept logins to begin with. All of the links lead straight to this site.
