Have a simple line counter in the BUR request page

Why would it be useful?
Since there is a 25 line limit that can sometimes just... show up if you didn't know about it, having a general idea of how many lines your BUR is is helpful, and also with trimming the script into multiple ones, instead of constantly removing 1 line at a time until the error no longer shows up.
doesn't need to be anything fancy, just idk, maybe count the number of line break characters.
