I could swear it used to be possible to use a wildcard in the pool:<> syntax, but in the last day or so I haven't been able to get it to work - either normally or for omissions. Am I going crazy?

I did this about two weeks ago when I was working on the search parser. The implementation was buggy since it only worked when one pool was found and the wildcard support wasn't documented so I didn't feel bad about just removing it.
