Drossel von Flugel meets two basic conditions for Disney princesses: female (although robots do not have gender, psychological gender is also considered especially for robots). The heir to the throne of a certain political system (as can be seen from her profile), but she rarely appears in the ranks of Disney princesses. Is she a Disney princess?

It does raise an interesting question, though: we have a disney_princess tag, but nothing implies it when obviously it should be implied by the various Disney princesses. Maybe there should be a BUR, but I don't know enough about Disney to know who should be on it besides a few obvious ones.

Disney doesn't even know what it's princesses are, considering quite a few aren't princesses at all, and some that would logically be, aren't considered such.

They usually have a list, but they do keep changing it. Considering the annoying rule of "their movies needs to be a box office success".

I dimly recall that the lineup used to be something like...

Ariel, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, and bafflingly, Mulan. I always found it strange that Pocahontas and Kida never seemed to make the list, but Mulan did. Now I think... Pocahontas and Kida are still not on the list? Does Leia count now?

Mulan got on the list, by making a whole new rule just for her. iirc, it says, "The character must have achieved a great feat in their own movie" which is so nebulous, pretty sure many other female characters would apply at that point.

Cuzco is a Disney princess.

In late 2021 I submitted a BUR with a lot of Disney copyright implications: character names to imply disney_princess and disney_fairies, and film and TV series titles to imply disney:

After this BUR is applied, there is still more to do. There are lots of characters that need to imply the films from which they originate (e.g. bashful_(disney) > snow_white_and_the_seven_dwarfs; pascal_(disney) > tangled_(disney).) I'm currently putting together a list of those, for a separate BUR. But I thought that it's best to get the princesses, fairies, and titles out of the way first!

But I never got round to doing that. (Incidentally, those two Tangled tags have since changed name; the site now uses pascal_(tangled) and tangled_(disney) - they still don't have an implication.)
