So, Quite often, I'll find an image I really like, and notice it's in a pool or has a chain of parent/child images. Basically it's part of a sequence. So. loving the image and wanting to see more, I'll start flipping through them, only to find that several of the images in that sequence have tags I've blacklisted.
This tends to ruin my mood pretty immediately. And every subsequent time I do a search and find an image in that particular set will ruin my mood as well. So I tend to just blacklist the artist outright to get the parts of that image set that aren't blacklisted out of my searches. And knowing that it'll probably happen again with that artist, I'd rather just erase their art from my experience on the platform entirely than continue to deal with that. Kindof the point of the blacklist is to be able to brows images without your mood getting killed like that.
I've noticed, on images with a parent or child image containing a blacklisted tag, that tag will show up above the list of tags in it's own little drop down. So the site itself already checks for this sort of stuff, but just doesn't do anything about it as far as I can find in the settings. All this to say I'd really like an option to tell the blacklist to hide images associated with other images (both through an image pool or a chain of parent/child images) that contain a blacklisted tag.
