Hi there. I was wondering if there is anyone out there who can help me make contact with a few older artists from back in the day. These are artists whose work I enjoyed, but they seem to have disappeared and if nothing else, I would like to know what they're up to now so I can see that they're all right and/or compliment them.

If they've disappeared, that means they don't want to be found. They don't want to hear from you or have someone digging into info on them. Leave them alone :)

How so? They could've just lost touch with the fandom over time as they focused on other things, or changed their name with mention of it being lost. Or they could still hang around in obscure corners of the fandom, just not making art. Or perhaps they've died. If they said they don't want to be part of the fandom or have anything to do with furry stuff anymore, that would make sense, but someone simply missing doesn't necessarily also mean they want to be hidden or forgotten.
