I cannot access e621.net the site directly from this country, since the site's been banned. I either use free proxies or TOR. TOR is more convenient, but when I try to download a pool with gallery-dl, usually I get 403 error from Cloudflare. Specifying cookies or login/password does not help.

Using API through TOR also gives Cloudflare challenge page. At least, with curl.
