could this just be merged with bvap?
Sounds like a good blacklist tag.
I've seen better_version_at_paywall used this way before, but I think that one is meant more for resolution or compression. There's also alternate_version_at_paywall. There is room for a separate tag like this.
That said, better and full are too similar. I'd prefer people use preview (regardless of full version's existence) and alternate_version_at_paywall.
Is there a reason why it's "at paywall" and not "behind paywall"?

mostly so that it matches the *_version_at_source tags.
it also conveniently makes nice pronounceable acronyms. you can't really pronounce bvbp, but with bvap you can say "bee-vap" or "b'vap".
