Ok so. When you search for anything, any images that fall under your blacklist are automatically removed from the results.

However, once you click in to a post, and start hitting the "next" button to cycle through, all of the posts that were once hidden by the blacklist now appear (still 'hidden') and clicking "next" past like 20 blacklisted posts is annoying

Just a QOL thing

The blacklist is handled clientside. The best you can do is to write a search query that excludes the stuff you don't like like vore, gore, etc.
