Reason:

This is somewhat pointless implication, to be honest. I've never seen anyone tag the former without the latter. Even if someone forgets the sex_toy tag itself, it gets implicated from tags such as dildo.

But for the sake of consistency..

Yeah, and in case someone only adds the one tag and doesn't finish adding more details like the type of sex toy, this ensures it still gets the sex_toy tag in the meantime. (it did add one instance when I processed the implication, so it does occasionally get missed.) So approved.
