EDIT: The tag implication white_heels -> white_footwear (forum #366401) has been rejected by @gattonero2001.

all cases of this tag do, in fact, show characters wearing some variety of white high heeled footwear. (I was worried about the tag potentially being used for character with countershading on the underside of their feet)

however. this should definitely just be aliased to white_high_heels and have that imply white_footwear and high_heels (and the same for the rest of the <color>_heels family).
