The handjob while penetrating's description is a bit unclear to me.
Does it mean Character A must be giving Character B a handjob while also penetrating Character C, or can Character B and Character C be the same character?
In any case, Is it possible to modify the description to better explain it?
idea: character A both penetrating character B AND receiving a handjob (either by character B or a separate character) on the same penis at the same time!
but for real: this wiki seems pretty confusing and vague (almost deliberately so)
