I uploaded a picture of Yoruichi from Bleach, posing naked in front of a mirror for a selfie, and the picture got deleted, for Irrelevant to website?
I don't get it.

E621 is a "Furry artwork archive" that operates on "Tag What You See". Yoruichi can turn herself into a cat, sure, but her main form is a human, and if all the image features is her human form, it'll be treated as human, not as furry.

Depictions featuring her with some cat features are treated as humanoid and, if the image is good, can stay.

e621's goal is to archive furry art, not humans. There's plenty of other boorus or galleries that will accept this content.

The image that you uploaded contained no elements that showed her as a non-human.

Okay, but what about the other picture where she is human? Or, could you adjust my logic there, to understand what makes her non human in this picture?

She's definitely human in that image, but the thing in the bottom right of the image is what makes that post borderline.

The post hasn't actually been approved, you can see that it says "Status: Pending" in the sidebar on the left. Considering it's been pending for 25 days now, multiple janitors have likely already seen it and not decided it's relevant enough to approve, so it'll probably be autodeleted 5 days from now.

Oh, okay thanks for clearing that up.
It was confusing me to see that still pending and see mine deleted.

The site is for furry content. There are two exceptions for uploading posts containing only humans which is if it's part of a comic or series of images that is mainly furry or if it's a superior or alternate version of an image posted before 2015. Anything other than that gets deleted though so make sure there is at least one anthro, humanoid, or animal character in an image before uploading. Make sure to check the uploading guidelines and the avoid posting list before uploading anything in the future.
