From what I understand, they're the same character, but look completely different. Should they be treated entirely independently, or should posts with fuzz_fizz also include fizz_(lol)? I'm leaning toward the latter.

If they're different "forms" or looks for the same character, the tags should be kept separate to make it possible to find when they're both in an image together.
