Reason: vote for this BUR to alias the current moushley tag to the ashley_graham tag proper

if you want the current moushley tag to stay as a copyright tag unrelated to ashley graham proper, vote for topic #37870

(note that both have the alias ashley_graham_(resident_evil) -> ashley_graham formula, so either one you vote for will have that go through)

I greatly disagree with this solution, but in the interest of fairness, the blocking transitive relationships are due to this thread.
