fav:yawsholol votedup:yawsholol should do the trick.
EDIT: Actually, I don't think you can use multiple user-based metatags at the same time. However, you could do fav:yawsholol -votedup:yawsholol to find posts that you have fav'd but not upvoted, or votedup:yawsholol -fav:yawsholol to find posts you have upvoted but not fav'd.

You can search both these metatags at the same time, but it would only return posts that match both metatags, i.e. the posts that have both been upvoted and favorited. OP is wanting to show both at the same time so it would be ~fav:yawsholol ~votedup:yawsholol, which is unsupported.

Create a private set that contains both (you'll need to add the posts manually), then search set:yawsholol_good
