remove implication fang_the_sniper (0) -> sonic_the_fighters (772)
Reason: I've never been quite sure why fang_the_sniper has been implied to sonic_the_fighters. It makes sense for the other three characters implied to that tag, as they simply haven't appeared in any other Sonic games outside of the Fighters (sans Bark and Bean appearing alongside Fang as Heavy Magician's disguises in Mania).
Fang had several appearances prior to Sonic the Fighters, with his first being in Sonic the Hedgehog Triple Trouble, so it would make logical sense for his character tag to be implied to the general Sonic the Hedgehog series tag. Thus Part 2 of this BUR will be:
imply fang_the_sniper -> sonic_the_hedgehog_(series)
