Clicking "New" on the bar at the top to compose a new dmail (private unless reported) or a new blip (publicly viewable by anyone) will get you started.

Unless you care to be more specific about the issues you're having, I can't really do too much to help you. And if you do still need further help, send a dmail anyway. I'm probably not going to be checking this thread more than, like, once.
