remove alias facemask (0) -> face_mask (1738)

Reason: Wikipedia defines mask as "an object normally worn on the face". I really think this makes much more sense than implying every kind of mask to face_mask (topic #37201). Technically mask is also a sculpture term meaning a sculpture of a face, but I highly doubt the mask tag has ever or will ever be used that way on e6.

alias facemask -> mask

Relatedly, I wonder if it would be worth having a tag for cloth "fashion" masks separate from surgical_mask since they're not quite the same as true paper surgical masks. That's sort of another topic though.

Why create another BUR request when the exact same one is still pending on topic #30671?
Feels misleading to me to exclude the previous BUR votes under the guise of a new BUR request.

Personally, I'd feel it is better to turn face_mask into a disambiguation tag/invalid category instead.
The term "face mask" on Wikipedia is used to refer to multiple types of masks, commonly medical face masks and beauty facial masks.

Because I wrote this a year ago, when I was very new to the forum side of the site, and apparently didn't search well enough? sorry?
