Ok, a friend of mine wanted to see a picture I told her about but I can find it here!! Imll try to explain it:

She has huge breasts that are in a bikini. She is red and had white as a second color, as well as blonde hair. She is looking at the viewer and I think she might be a dragon. She looked really smooth. Also its at a beach

WHO KNOWS WHAT PICTURE I MEAN?!

I don't think this is it, but to help narrow down the search I'll ask anyway. You wouldn't happen to mean Eradragon would you?

Is it a solo piece (only one person in the image at all)?
Did she have wings?
Is she female, or herm or something else?
Can you see the ocean? Or just the sand?
Bikini color (just to make it easier to manually identify)?
Anything else super unique, like "she was holding a drink" or "there was a shark there too" or "she had a heart shaped tattoo"?

That first one has the from back view and has a bikini, but not the red scales. The second has the right colors, but no bikini, no beach. The third is from the front, not the back, and it's orange instead of white.

I'll try to find it as well. Not perfect matches though
