When I first made topic #36377 I started to notice that email alerts about topic replies either didn't get sent at all (despite being subscribed), or they took several hours.

I just got an email notification about a topic I replied to 24 hours ago... I figured I should make a new thread since something's definitely wrong. Can anyone else confirm?

I got notified about this very topic, exactly 24 hours after I created it. Original post time was 00:10 GMT on the 30th, and I got the email at 00:10 on the 31st.

Can an admin look into it? Or is there a better way to report a bug?
