Reason:

While this might occasionally be tagged bulletproof vests, I think those still fit better under the clothing category than armor..

The armor connotations aren't that far off since it's almost similar to clothing in practice. I doubt it will cause many issues.

bullet_proof_vest is actually its own tag, and people should tag it as such, but I'm fine with implicating vest itself to clothing, even if it means the occasional need for cleanup.

There's also life_vest/life_jacket's which aren't clothing in the strictest sense. But just like bulletproof_vests, they're still worn and clothing-like enough that I think it won't be catastrophic if they fall in occasionally before until they're found and moved to their actual tag. So I'm going to approve this.
