At my work yesterday just thought it was funny and random. I said hi and knew who he was but didn't bother him for an autograph, all i could think about the whole time was the "HA...GAYYYYYYY" line lol.

George Bush Sr. and George W. Bush go to their eye doctor every year which is located in the same building as where I work. So every so often there are a bunch of black SUV's that come and lots of security personnel that guard the place. I got to shake both of their hands though, they are pretty nice guys.

Also the drummer from Korn lives next door to my grandmother.

I met Jamie Linn Spears on the set of Zoey 101 a while back (Brittany Spears' lil sis). She was a total bitch. Threw stuff at her hairdresser/makeup lady for making a mistake. Tried to talk with her at one point and she literally played the "pretending you don't exist " game with us. It was a surreal experience.

I once sat a few seats behind Will Ferrell on a plane. (It was one of those bad-weather-canceling-half-the-flights-and-all-passengers-getting-shuffled-and-redirected-onto-different-planes-at-the-last-minute days, probably the only reason why he was traveling in coach.) The flight attendant was really trying to help him stay low key and keep it from drawing any attention, even negotiating a seat switch with some ladies who were traveling together so that he wouldn't be in an aisle seat. They also did this weird thing when it came time to deboard at the airport, so that he could text them, they hit the lights, and he could slip out while the lights were down. But the pilot and all the attendants were lined up near the front of the plane so they could see him go past. Knowing what was going on made the whole flight a lot more interesting. Though most people never even noticed what was going on.

The funniest thing was that the group of ladies he was seated next to actually had some tabloids they'd brought along for in-flight reading material. But they never actually recognised who was sitting next to them, quietly listening to his mp3 player and trying not to talk at all or draw attention to himself. I'm going to hazard a guess though, that it was probably pretty stressful for him, waiting for the other shoe to drop and one of them to make the connection and then the flight getting really awkward. lol He looked so relieved when he got to the gate after the flight completely unmolested. And yes, I was the creepy observer guy who people-watched the whole thing. To me the situation was more interesting than meeting him, and I didn't want to blow his cover. He looked stressed enough as it was.

I've never met anybody famous, at least that I can remember. Kind of jealous of y'all, but only kind of.

To be fair, I paid a large sum of money in a charity auction for my celebrity meeting :P

To make an actual real answer when i was traveling to south africa i spent a couple of days with my family at the palace hotel before going to cape town and Adam Sandler, i think he was shooting a movie. I think it released last year and its called Blended, he was with his family just strolling about around a big elephant statue at the patio, i nearly didn't recognize him with the sunglasses, that was one hell of a vacation tho.
