Seems like a mistake - under the current baggy_clothing tree, this should have been aliased to baggy_sweater

However, I do personally prefer oversized_*... got a BUR for it here: topic #25324

On top of that, if this was intended, it should've implied baggy_topwear instead of baggy_clothing
