Block heels are high heels with thick heel.
Cutout heels are high heeled boots or pumps with a cutout somewhere (other than toe).
Toeless heels are high heels with a cutout for toes. Peep toe and toe cutout have the same meaning.
Mule heels are high heeled slippers.
Open toe heels is a bit of a disambiguation page, but I think it's still useful.
Slingback heels are secured to the foot by a strap that goes behind the heel.
Soleless heels miss whole or part of the shoe sole, leaving foot in contact with the ground.
Stiletto heels have a thin heel.
Wedge footwear is high heeled by it's nature.

Unusual heels is a useless tag that's basically just furgonomic footwear.
Digitigrade heels is ambiguous whether it's about feet or footwear.
Digitigrade_high_heels is much more obviously about high heels for digitigrade feet.
Same for hoof heels. Unsure if it hoofwear or unguligrade_footwear is a better term for them.
Heelless high heels are high heels without the heel.
Feral heels is somewhat vague, it's supposed to have the same meaning as lingerie on feral.
High heels are footwear. Footwear is clothing.
